Server and network environment

  • Administration of systems operation and security, regular server scanning and auditing
  • Continuous monitoring of operation parameters (e.g. availability, functionality, performance) and outage resolution
  • Configuration of SLA parameters in line with required response time to incidents (2 hours, 4 hours, Next Business Day - Best effort)
  • Troubleshooting - systematic evaluation of performance metrics, root cause analysis of non-standard behavior, implementation of fixes in infrastructure
